NYC carriage driver illegally GUNNING IT through red light in dangerous traffic!

During rush hour, carriage driver barrels through a RED LIGHT at a busy intersection on 53rd St and 10th Ave during rush hour traffic, causing oncoming traffic to stop on Friday, Oct 24, 2014. This is one of many examples of the lawless, careless behavior by carriage drivers.
